Meet Woony— Your Personal Fitness Partner
I’m Matthew Woonteiler, known by my clients as “Woony.” I’m an an ACE–Certified Personal Trainer with more than 21 years of experience helping people of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals. Over the years, I’ve trained hundreds of clients—from young athletes recovering from injury to seniors who want to stay active and independent.
Based in Norwood, Massachusetts, I bring fitness directly to you—at your home, workplace, gym, or virtually through Zoom or FaceTime. My mission is simple: to make exercise accessible, effective, and enjoyable so you can live stronger, longer, and happier.
