We’re flexible. So we customize services that will work for you!  Indoors or outdoors.  One-on-one with you and Matt (and perhaps your spouse/partner) at your space. At Matt’s place in Norwood. Off-site at a park or gym.  At work. Whatever works for you!

1-on-1

In-person training at your location or another site.

Virtual

Live online sessions help you stay on track via Zoom or FaceTime.

Session time is also flexible, though the average time is 50 minutes. Our “never boring” sessions feature a variety of exercises to keep you on your toes!

Corporate Boot Camps

What Steps AreInvolved?

At Woony’s Workouts, it’s all about knowing your body and knowing you! I want you to want to spring into action. That’s why I branded a simple, three-step process I call ACT. Assess. Customize. Train.

Assess

First, I will assess your situation, starting with a review of your goals (see examples above) and health and exercise history. Then I will provide a (complimentary?) initial training session to evaluate objectives and exercises.

Customize

Based on this assessment, I will then customize a program that addresses your objectives; this includes stretching, cardio, weight conditioning, and other techniques, as well as lifestyle recommendations as appropriate.

Train

Of course, the heart of Woony’s Workouts is the actual training…often, two or three times a week on an ongoing basis. Part of the process involves adjustments on the fly (for backaches, etc.), or longer-term refinements in response to changing goals.

What Equipment Do We Need?

It’s easy:

  • Basic equipment includes dumbbells weights (5, 8, 10, 15, and/or 20 pounds), resistance band, utility ball, medicine ball, and foam roller. These small investments will pay big dividends throughout your life.

  • Matt can help you purchase these inexpensive items and also provide additional equipment such as a portable stretch table for assisted stretching and bodywork.
